Dr. Wambold is a full-time, practicing anesthesiologist in Lexington, KY. He received a bachelors degree in molecular biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, then attended the University of Pennsylvania and the Massachusetts General Hospital for his medical training. He wrote and designed this book and its cover exclusively on Macintosh® computers.
